Where are you located?
Creatures Comedy Club is located at 42–44 Oldham Street, Manchester, M4 1LE.

How does seating work? Can I sit with my friends?
Seating is first come, first served. We’ll do our best to seat groups together, but this can’t always be guaranteed for busy shows or larger parties.

Do I need to print my tickets?
No — you can show your tickets on your phone.

Can I buy a ticket on the door?
Yes, as long as the show isn’t sold out. It’s best to check online first, as many shows do sell out in advance.

 

When do doors open?
Doors open 30 minutes before showtime.

 

What if I’m running late?
Late entry isn’t guaranteed. Entry will depend on availability and whether we can seat you without disrupting the show. To guarantee entry, please arrive before the show starts.

 

What if I miss my show?
No-shows are not eligible for rebooking, refunds, or exchanges.

 

Is there an age limit?
Yes. All shows at Creatures Comedy Club are strictly 18+.

 

Can I take photos or videos during the show?
No filming or photography during performances, please. You’re welcome to take photos before or after the show.

 

Am I allowed to heckle the performers?
No. Please respect the performers and the audience and let the show run as intended.

 

Do you provide parking?
No, we don’t have on-site parking, but there are plenty of nearby car parks and public transport options.

 

What if I left something at the club?
Please email info@creaturescomedy.com with a description of the item and the date you visited.

 

Accessibility

Creatures Comedy Club is located in a basement venue accessed via a staircase. Unfortunately, this means we do not currently have step-free or wheelchair access.
